Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mang Hai Ryum Hr. Sec. School, we believe in maintaining clear communication regarding fee payments and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Application Form Fees

The fee paid for the Online Admission Application Form (Rs. 105) is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing the application and maintaining the secure portal.

2. Duplicate Payments

In case of technical errors leading to duplicate payments for the same application, the school will initiate a refund for the excess amount. Please contact the administration with the transaction IDs and proof of payment within 7 days.

3. Admission and Tuition Fees

Once admission is granted and fees are paid, refunds are generally not provided. However, under exceptional circumstances (such as transfer of a parent/guardian), a written request may be submitted to the Principal. The decision to refund any portion of the tuition fee rests solely with the School Management.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 7-10 working days. No cash refunds will be provided for online transactions.
